Bunkie Life Contest FAQ

Hi! Thank you for entering the bunkie contest. Here are some frequently asked questions and answers.
We use a computer program for the contest, so it can take a bit of getting used to, but when you do, it’s fun!
Q1. I filled out the questionnaire but I didn’t get my points.
To get your points for the questionnaire:
1. Click on the yellow button
2. Click on the link to the questionnaire
3. If you already completed it, you do not need to do it again
4. Hit the back button on your phone or go to the previous tab on your computer
5. Hit the green “Confirm” button to redeem your points
Some phones are hard to navigate for the contest. If you find it’s still not working, try your computer. It should work there.
Q2. I tried to get points from the other buttons but was unable to do so.
1. Click on the colourful button of the activity you want to do
2. A page will open up with #1 and #2 and instructions
3. If you already completed it, you do not need to again
4. Hit the back button on your phone or go to the previous tab on your computer
5. Answer the question
6. Hit the green “Confirm” button to redeem your points
Some phones are hard to navigate for the contest. If you find it’s still not working, try your computer. It should work there.
Q3. I’ve been trying to load the https://bunkielife.com/bunkie-contest-scoreboard webpage from my phone and desktop and from different locations (home and office). It is circling and won’t load my contest entry.
A. It is possible that something on Google Chrome is blocking the page from loading. Try using a different device or different browser ex. Firefox.
Q4. How do I refer someone?
A. Share your referral link to people you think might love to win a bunkie. If they sign up for the contest under your link, you get 200 additional points each time or 200 additional chances to win.

Q4. I sent my sign up link to a ton of people but my points didn’t change!
A. You only get points when someone signs up for the contest and uses your specific link to do so:
ex. https://contest.bunkielife.com/ref/61ef074c8785.
You can find your own unique link on your Contest Scoreboard.
Q5. My friend signed up but didn’t use my link – can you please add the points to my score?
A. I’m sorry, we can’t do that. We do not have the ability to adjust anyone’s points in the interest of keeping the contest fair. Please try to remember to use your link the next time.
Q6. I accidentally signed up twice.
A. If you could, please send us your two e-mails that you signed up with, we’ll delete the extra entry.
The steps to get back to your old profile:
1. Clear your browser cache and restart your computer and browser.
2. Boot up and go to https://bunkielife.com/bunkie-contest-scoreboard/
3. You should see the “enter to win” login screen: enter your original e-mail address.
4. You should be good to go, just continue to use that e-mail address if you get logged out.
Q7. Help! I logged out and don’t know how to get back in!
A. You need to sign back in again. Go to the Bunkie Contest Scoreboard page: https://bunkielife.com/bunkie-contest-scoreboard. Just make sure to use your same email address. Put in your email and click “enter to win” again. As long as you are using your same email address as you originally signed up for the contest, you are not doing a duplicate entry, you are “logging in”.
Q8. Is this a scam?
A. No this isn’t a scam. We are a small family business operating since 2015. We opened a factory in Rockwood, Ontario in 2021. We have a physical location to come see the bunkies, a phone number that’s answered by real people and over 50+ positive 5 star reviews on Google and an A+ rating on BBB.

Q9. I read/watched the above FAQ’s but I’m still having trouble!
A. We found out that some people who have trouble may have an ad blocker on their device.
Here are a few trouble-shooting steps.
Can you see the scoreboard with your points and all the multi-coloured buttons?
If you can’t see the scoreboard, you have accidentally logged out and need to sign back in again. Just make sure to use your same email address. Put in your email and click “enter to win” again. As long as you are using your same email address you are not re-entering, you are just “logging in” again.

– What device are you using?
– Have you tried a different device?
– Do you have an ad blocker?
– Please send screenshots of the errors you are getting
– Have you tried using a desktop or laptop computer instead of your phone?
