This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States of America and
District of Columbia, who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of
entry. This Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands,
outside the 48 contiguous United States of America and where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, its parent company,
subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other individual or company
involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes (together, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and
their immediate family members (defined as spouse, domestic partner, children, siblings, parents,

The Bunkie Life Alcove 160 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01AM ET on December
29, 2025 and ends at 5:00 PM ET on January 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
HOW TO ENTER
Visit bunkielife.com/bunkie-contest during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the online entry
form by clicking “Enter,” and you will automatically receive a Base Entry consisting of fifty (50) Entry
Points into this Sweepstakes. A temporary Sweepstakes Entry Account will also be created for you to
accumulate Entry Points (as defined below). There is a limit of one (1) Base Entry and one (1)
Sweepstakes Entry Account per person, per email address and/or per social media account during
the Sweepstakes Period. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
In addition to your Base Entry, you may earn Entry Points by completing certain optional actions
(each, a “Bonus Activity”) during the Sweepstakes Period. The current list of available Bonus
Activities and the Entry Points that may be earned for each Bonus Activity are displayed on the
Sweepstakes scoreboard at bunkielife.com/bunkie-contest-scoreboard (the “Scoreboard”). The
number, type, and availability of Bonus Activities, as well as the Entry Points allocated to each Bonus
Activity, may be updated by the Sponsor from time to time in its sole discretion. Any Entry Points you
earn will be credited to your Sweepstakes Entry Account and will be reflected on the Scoreboard,
subject to verification by the Sponsor.
Entry Points accumulate in each entrant’s Sweepstakes Entry Account created with their original

Base Entries and Entry Points must be submitted or earned by the entrant. You may not enter with

Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor is not responsible for website downtime, server issues, internet connectivity problems,
or platform malfunctions affecting entry submission or Entry Point accumulation.
GRAND PRIZE
The Grand Prize available in this Sweepstakes consists of one (1) Bunkie Life Alcove 160 bunkie kit
with an approximate retail value of $24,495 USD including standard delivery up to $2,000 USD. The
Grand Prize includes the complete Alcove 160 building kit and support from the Sponsor’s build team
who will provide virtual consultation during assembly. The Sponsor will also assist with coordinating
shipping arrangements to Grand Prize Winner’s designated delivery address.
Standard delivery is limited to locations accessible by flatbed transport truck via ground delivery
requiring minimum 12 foot road width, minimum 16 foot overhead clearance (varies based on
equipment for offloading), minimum 20,000 pound vehicle weight capacity, and adequate turning
radius for a 50-foot truck, excluding air and/or ferry transportation, up to a maximum value of $2,000
USD. Offloading services will be provided based on local availability, ranging from driver assisted
hand offload to Hiab or Moffett forklift offload.
The Grand Prize Winner must confirm accessibility, provide detailed location information, and obtain
necessary delivery permits and/or approvals prior to scheduling delivery of the Grand Prize. If
standard flatbed delivery is not possible due to access limitations, road restrictions, or delivery
failures, all additional costs including specialized equipment, alternative transportation, or repeated
delivery attempts are the Grand Prize Winner’s sole responsibility.

The Grand Prize Winner acknowledges and agrees that the following are not included and remain
their sole responsibility: additional delivery costs beyond standard flatbed service; permits, licenses,
and governmental approvals; site preparation and foundation costs; finish roofing materials (such as
shingles or metal roofing); assembly and construction labor; insurance; utility connections;
compliance with local zoning laws and building codes; and all other expenses related to receiving,
installing, or maintaining the Grand Prize. The Sponsor’s virtual build support is limited to general
assembly guidance only.
The Sponsor is not liable for actions, errors, or omissions of shipping companies, delivery services,
installation contractors, or other third-party providers. The Sponsor is not liable for property damage,
access issues, installation problems, or inability to deliver due to location restrictions. The Grand
Prize Winner is responsible for ensuring delivery location safety and accessibility.
The Grand Prize available in this Sweepstakes must be accepted as awarded, otherwise the Prize
will be forfeit and another winner selected in accordance with these Official Rules. If any portion of
the Grand Prize is not used, for any reason, no financial compensation will be awarded for the
balance. The Grand Prize will not be awarded unless the selected Grand Prize Winner has
completed and signed, and notarized an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity
Release, and an IRS Form W-9, in accordance with these Official Rules.
The Grand Prize available in this Sweepstakes must be accepted as described in these Official Rules
and cannot be transferred, assigned, changed, substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole
or in part, for cash, subject to the discretion of the Sponsor and the provisions set forth elsewhere in
these Official Rules.
Each Entry Point represents one chance to win. Total odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on
aggregate Entry Points accumulated by all participants during the Sweepstakes Period.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
On February 1, 2026 at 8:00PM, a random drawing will be conducted from all eligible Entries and
Entry Points received during the Sweepstakes Period to select the potential Grand Prize Winner. The
draw for the Grand Prize will be conducted live and can be viewed on facebook.com/bunkielife and
youtube.com/bunkielife.
The potential Grand Prize Winner notification process will begin with email and/or phone contact
immediately following the random drawing. Three (3) attempts will be made to contact a potential
Grand Prize Winner over a seven (7) day period. If any potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be
contacted after these attempts, an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected, and this process
will continue until a Grand Prize Winner is confirmed. Unsuccessful notifications are not the
responsibility of the Sponsor.
The Grand Prize Winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days and complete the
verification process within seven (7) days of first notification. The Grand Prize Winner must provide
proof of identity and eligibility. The Grand Prize Winner must complete and return a signed Affidavit of
Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release, and an IRS Form W-9 within seven (7) days.
Failure to respond within the required timeframe, provide required documentation, comply with the
Official Rules, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification. In

the event of disqualification, the Grand Prize will be awarded to an alternate Grand Prize Winner
randomly selected from remaining eligible Entries and Entry Points.
GRAND PRIZE CONDITIONS
The Grand Prize will be awarded as soon as logistically possible after the Grand Prize Winner is
confirmed and the Grand Prize Winner must accept delivery of the Grand Prize on or before
December 31, 2026. The Grand Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be
redeemed for cash. No prize substitution will be permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion due to
unavailability, and any substitute Grand Prize will be of equal or greater value. If the Grand Prize
Winner’s residence is in Louisiana, South Carolina, Virginia, or Washington, the Sponsor at its sole
discretion may substitute a gift certificate of equivalent value to the Grand Prize.
The Sponsor is not responsible for Grand Prize utility, quality, or damages of any kind during shipping
and handling.
The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize
acceptance. The Grand Prize has an approximate retail value of $24,495 USD, which significantly
exceeds the IRS reporting threshold. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the full
prize value and must report this as taxable income. A valid Social Security Number must be provided
for tax reporting purposes. The Grand Prize Winner may be required to provide additional tax
information. Winner is strongly encouraged to consult with a tax professional regarding tax
obligations, which may be substantial.
The Grand Prize ships from the Sponsor’s head office in Canada, and the Grand Prize Winner is
responsible for providing proper delivery information. Additional documentation may be required for
cross-border delivery of the Grand Prize. All customs fees, import fees, taxes, and duties are the
Grand Prize Winner’s responsibility.
The Grand Prize Winner assumes all risk of loss, damage, or injury related to prize delivery,
installation, use, or maintenance. The Sponsor is not responsible for prize performance, defects, or
compatibility with winner’s property or local conditions.
PUBLICITY AND PROMOTIONAL RIGHTS
Acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission, except where prohibited by law, for the Grand
Prize Winner to grant the Sponsor and its designees the right to use their name, photograph, voice,
likeness, hometown, biographical information, and statements for advertising, publicity, and
promotional purposes in all media worldwide in perpetuity without additional compensation. The
Grand Prize Winner may be required to participate in reasonable promotional activities without
compensation.
The Grand Prize Winner may be required to maintain confidentiality about winning until public
announcement. A separate publicity release may be required. The Grand Prize Winner cannot claim
ownership rights to promotional materials, and certain publicity rights may be revoked where legally
permitted.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that the Sponsor and its affiliates,
subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations,
sweepstakes, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees,
representatives and agents (the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or
inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or
programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind,
including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network
hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process, points
accumulation process, or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the
administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries or Entry Points; or (5) any injury or
damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole
or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of the Grand
Prize.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless
the Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney
fees) arising from entrant’s participation, violation of these rules, or misuse of any prize.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
All matters and questions related to this Sweepstakes concerning construction, validity, interpretation,
and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by U.S. law. Any litigation shall be
brought in Fort Myers, Florida, and entrants consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts and waive
any right to change venue. Claims must be resolved individually, and entrants agree to waive the
right to pursue claims by class action. Claims are limited to actual damages, excluding punitive or
consequential damages, and must be filed within one year of the incident.
Informal resolution will be attempted before legal action and proceedings will remain confidential.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Personal information collected through this Sweepstakes will be used solely for the administration of
this Sweepstakes, subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at bunkielife.com/privacy-policy. The
Sponsor implements industry-standard security protocols to protect entrant data. Access is limited to
authorized personnel and data is retained only as long as necessary.
Entrants have rights to access collected information, correct errors, and opt-out as applicable. All
entrants have the right to withdraw from the Sweepstakes and request deletion of collected
information.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical
failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the
Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, the Sponsor
reserves the right to award the Grand Prize at random from among the eligible Entries and Entry
Points received up to the time of the impairment.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry
process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in

compatibility with winner’s property or local conditions.
PUBLICITY AND PROMOTIONAL RIGHTS
Acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission, except where prohibited by law, for the Grand
Prize Winner to grant the Sponsor and its designees the right to use their name, photograph, voice,
likeness, hometown, biographical information, and statements for advertising, publicity, and
promotional purposes in all media worldwide in perpetuity without additional compensation. The
Grand Prize Winner may be required to participate in reasonable promotional activities without
compensation.

The Grand Prize Winner may be required to maintain confidentiality about winning until public
announcement. A separate publicity release may be required. The Grand Prize Winner cannot claim
ownership rights to promotional materials, and certain publicity rights may be revoked where legally
permitted.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in this Contest, each entrant agrees that the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries,
representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, Contest,
fulfillment and marketing agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees,
representatives and agents (the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or
inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or
programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including,
but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or
software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process, points accumulation
process, or the Contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the
Contest or the processing of Entries or Entry Points; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or
property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole
or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of the Grand Prize.
By participating in this Contest, each entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the
Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees)
arising from entrant’s participation, violation of these rules, or misuse of any prize.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
All matters and questions related to this Contest concerning construction, validity, interpretation, and
enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by Canadian law. Any litigation shall be
brought in Guelph, Ontario, and entrants consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts and waive
any right to change venue. Claims must be resolved individually, and entrants agree to waive the
right to pursue claims by class action. Claims are limited to actual damages, excluding punitive or
consequential damages, and must be filed within one year of the incident.
Informal resolution will be attempted before legal action and proceedings will remain confidential.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Personal information collected through this Contest will be used solely for the administration of this
Contest, subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at bunkielife.com/privacy-policy. The Sponsor
implements industry-standard security protocols to protect entrant data. Access is limited to
authorized personnel and data is retained only as long as necessary.
Entrants have rights to access collected information, correct errors, and opt-out as applicable. All
entrants have the right to withdraw from the Contest and request deletion of collected information.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical
failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as
determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, the Sponsor reserves the right to
award the Grand Prize at random from among the eligible Entries and Entry Points received up to the
time of the impairment.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry
process or the operation of the Contest, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in a
manner that disrupts the fair operation of this Contest.
The Sponsor is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to acts of God, natural disasters,
government actions, labor disputes, supply chain issues, or other circumstances beyond the
Sponsor’s control.
This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X,
YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, UpViral, or any social media platform used for entry or bonus
activities. Entrants release all such platforms from any Contest-related liability.
